Exercise is Medicine on Campus

Exercise is Medicine on Campus works to make physical activity a part of everyday life at CSUMB. Our staff is entirely composed of Kinesiology students and faculty.

We offer multiple ongoing programs and special events for the entire campus community! Our popular programs include Intro to Resistance Training for employees, Run, Walk & Roll Club, Yoga, and our Physical Activity Leaders mentor program!
