Gifts to Applied Environmental Science contribute to...

We seek scholarship support to help undergraduate and graduate students in Applied Environmental Science attend and present their research at scientific workshops, meetings, and conferences. These opportunities can be transformative—empowering students to share their work, expand their professional networks, and open doors to meaningful career pathways.
Students in the Department of Applied Environmental Science (AES) pursue degrees in Environmental Science, Technology & Policy (BS), Environmental Studies (BA), and Environmental Science (MS). Throughout their academic journey, they cultivate community-centered, applied problem-solving skills while engaging in hands-on research and service in watershed science, applied ecology, wildlife biology, environmental education, sustainability, and social justice.
Our programs emphasize applied learning through small class sizes, strong community partnerships, and project-based coursework. With your support, our students can bring their research to broader audiences and take important next steps in their professional development.
Thank you for investing in their success.
